- LLB (3 Years; 2nd Division) + 2 years of government service experience
- B.A / B.Sc (2nd Division) + 2 years of government service experience
- Quota Distribution
- Merit: 2
- Punjab: 10 (including 1 Women, 1 Minority)
- Sindh (U): 2 Sindh (R): 3 (including 1 Minority)
- KP: 5
- Ex-FATA: 1 AJK: 1
