Who Can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Identify as women and not be U.S. citizens or permanent residents
- Hold a bachelor’s-equivalent degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0
- Be admitted or enrolled in their first Master’s or PhD program by the application deadline
- Commit to full-time study or research at an accredited U.S. institution
- Plan to return to their home country after the fellowship (For study outside the U.S.): Must be a Graduate Women International (GWI) member
