Available Positions :

The following teaching and non-teaching positions are currently open in IPS:

1. Principal (Female – Experienced)

The Principal position requires strong leadership skills and academic management experience. Candidates must hold MSc / MPhil degree with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within an educational institution.

2. Vice Principal (Male / Female – Experienced)

Applicants should possess MSc / MS degree and 4 to 5 years of experience in academic administration. The role involves assisting in academic planning, staff coordination, and school management.

3. Academic Coordinator – Senior Section (Female)

This role requires a BS or MS or equivalent qualification and 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include curriculum planning, academic monitoring, and coordination with staff.

4. Academic Coordinator – Junior Section (Female)

Candidates must have a BS / MSC or equivalent degree with 2 to 3 years of experience in the relevant subject. The role focuses on junior academic coordination and student performance monitoring.

5. Coordinator – Montessori Section (Female)

Applicants should hold a BS / MSC or equivalent degree along with a Montessori Diploma and 2 to 3 years of experience in Montessori education.

6. Teachers – Montessori Section (Female)

Qualified Montessori teachers with a BS /MSC or equivalent degree and Montessori Diploma and 2 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Teaching Positions for Intermediate Level 

7. Science Teachers Including (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)

Both male and female candidates can apply. Required qualification is BS, MS, or MPhil, with 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject.

8. Arts Teachers (English, Urdu)

Applicants must hold a BS, MS, or MPhil degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant teaching experience. 

Physical Education & Security Staff :

9. PT Instructor (Male) :

Candidates must be experienced and physically fit, holding at least Matric or higher qualification. Preference will be given to individuals retired candidates from armed forces with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

10. Security Guard (Male) :

Applicants should be physically fit, Matric or higher qualified, and preferably retired from armed forces with 2 to 3 years of experience in security-related roles.

General Requirements :

Although qualifications and experience vary by position, all applicants must meet the following general criteria:

2. Required teaching or professional experience

3. Strong communication skills

4. Proficiency in English is mandatory for all
